Bracket Room is hiring a full time floor manager to take up day to day managing operations in the front and back of house. Approved applicants will make sure the restaurant is running smoothly and all moving parts are working together.
ServSafe certification or equivalent restaurant food and beverage safety certification or licensing.
Three or more year Customer Service, and Restaurant Management Experience.
Reliable Transportation to work.
Manage all front of house operations including maintenance of POS issues, TV's, cancellations and Vouchers.
Direct daily operations with full decision-making responsibility for light training, kitchen staff, serving staff, and scheduling.
Setting and making sure everyone is on schedule.
Making sure the restaurant opens and closes with no issue.
Creating side work and sections each shift.
Making sure all food safety protocols are up to date.
Facilitate in Customer Service and restaurant quality service.
Manage inventory and place orders for food and vegetables.
